## Roles Overview

| **Marketing User** | Has control over prospect data and marketing modules (lists, forms, landing pages, list emails) |
| **Marketing Manager** | Oversees all marketing activities in a country |
| **Marketing Automation Administrator** | Has access to all settings, prospect data, and modules |
| **Salesforce-CRM Administrator** | Has access to all settings, prospect data, and modules (CRM side) |
| **Sales Manager** | Has access to all prospect data and visitor information but no marketing functionality |
| **Sales User** | Has access to prospect management functionality only |
| **External Creative Agency** | Supports with creative content generation; no data access |

## Responsibilities by Role

### Marketing User
- Creates and manages campaigns, including lead nurturing and automation
- Develops content for marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages)
- Creates or modifies existing dashboards
- Can see all prospect user tracking information on a profile

### Marketing Manager
- Gives the "green light" to marketing campaigns for their country / region
- Approves content for marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages)

### Marketing Automation Administrator
- Manages the platform, configuration, and data sync
- Supports countries as power users
- Connects the Marketing Automation tool with 3rd-party connectors (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

### Salesforce-CRM Administrator
- Manages the Salesforce CRM ↔ Marketing Automation tool integration and ensures data synchronisation
- Creates the Routing Matrix for lead assignments
- Creates fields in Salesforce CRM and maps them to the Marketing Automation tool
- Creates Sales Queues in Salesforce CRM
- Sets up users and permissions
- Deploys new functionalities
- Connects Salesforce CRM with 3rd-party connectors (e.g. Jotforms, Typeform)

### Sales Manager
- Can send one-to-one emails to prospects

### Sales User
- Can send one-to-one emails to prospects (cannot send list emails)
- Can view, edit, and export the prospects assigned to them

### External Creative Agency
- Creates emails, forms, landing pages, engagement programs, and lists
- **Cannot** import or export prospect data
- **Cannot** send emails
